COVID-19 Update (25 Jan 2022): We're fully operational, and working 'contactless' or remotely where possible

While at Covid-19 'Red' Level, we remain fully operational. In accordance with the latest requirements, and in the interests of our customers and staff we are working 'contactless' and/or remotely when practical. Our business continuity plan ensures we are currently equipped with all the tools we need to efficiently and securely service our clients remotely in many cases.

We are available for maintenance, repair and support for computers and IT systems for all businesses, including staff working from home.

Our current policies are:
We will minimise physical interaction between staff and with customers.
Our office is open for limited customer visits. Sign-in is required; mask wearing is required; Vaccine Pass is not required; do not visit if unwell.
For any customer-site visits, we will follow client requirements, but as a minimum, our staff will wear masks at all times, and all staff visiting customer sites are fully vaccinated.
